Appel d'offre public en procédure ouverte pour le mandat d’architecte, selon les phases 31 à 53 de la norme SIA 102 (CFC 691) Les CFC 191-291-491 sont réunis sous le code 691. Le mandataire a la possibilité de sous-traiter la direction des travaux (DT/DLT) du moment ou cette dernière faite partie intégrante de son offre et de son tableau organisationnel. Cependant le mandataire reste responsable de son sous-traitant évitant ainsi toute triangulation d’information. Le présent marché porte sur l’attribution d’un mandat d’architecte, incluant la direction des travaux, selon la norme SIA 102 (CFC 691), dans le cadre du projet de transformation, d’assainissement énergétique et de réaffectation du bâtiment communal sis à l’Épervier 4 à Cernier. Le mandat comprend l’ensemble des prestations d’étude, de coordination et de réalisation, depuis les phases d’avant-projet (adaptations liées à l’organisation intérieure) jusqu’à la mise en service et la clôture des travaux.
