Le présent marché vise à définir et assurer l’approvisionnement en boissons pour les HUG, le CHUV et les institutions affiliées à la CAIB. Compte tenu de l’importance des volumes et de la diversité des publics concernés, patients, collaborateurs, visiteurs et services internes, une offre variée, qualitative et adaptée est nécessaire. Pour couvrir l’ensemble des besoins, le marché est organisé en dix lots distincts, chacun correspondant à une catégorie de produits. Cette structure permet de prendre en compte les spécificités nutritionnelles, logistiques et opérationnelles de chaque type de boisson, tout en favorisant la concurrence et la spécialisation des fournisseurs. Boissons diverses : Bière Blonde (dont cuisine, Panaché S/Alcool et S/ Alcool), Boisson énergisante (avec et sans sucre), Boisson gazeuse à l'orange et aux agrumes, Cidre De Pomme, Eaux vitaminées, Jus cranberry, Jus multi vitamin, Sodas citron et pamplemousse, Boisson lactosérum (avec et sans sucre), Maté, Thés froids, Thé citron, Thé Pêche, Tonic et Tonic Citron.
