Le présent appel d’offres, lancé par Groupe E SA en qualité d’organisateur de la procédure et d’adjudicateur, a pour objet la fourniture d’une (1) installation GIS 145 kV blindée, reposant sur une technologie exempte de SF₆, destinée à un montage à l’intérieur d’un bâtiment, et s’inscrivant dans le cadre de la construction de la partie 125 kV du poste de couplage et de transformation.
