L’objecte del present plec de clàusules és el subministrament i instal·lació d’una nova bomba de calor geotèrmica per l’equipament municipal de la llar d’infants de l’Avió de Paper, situada al Pla de la Masia d’Òdena. Així mateix, forma part de l’objecte del contracte el manteniment preventiu de la nova bomba de calor durant els primers 2 anys de funcionament, amb l’objectiu de garantir el correcte funcionament de la instal·lació, assegurar el compliment de les condicions de garantia del fabricant i minimitzar el risc d’averies durant els primers anys de servei.
