comprèn l’adquisició, en règim de compra, i la instal·lació de 10 torres de vigilància destinades al servei de salvament i socorrisme de les platges del municipi de Salou, incloent el transport i el muntatge de les estructures, tenint en compte les condicions, les ubicacions i amb l’abast definits en el plec de prescripcions tècniques (en endavant, PPT), document tècnic de caràcter contractual que complementa aquest plec de clàusules administratives particulars (en endavant, PCAP). Tots els elements subministrats hauran de ser nous i, per tant, no s’admetrà material, estructures o components de segona mà, reacondicionats o sotmesos a qualsevol altra fórmula similar de regeneració o recuperació. El contracte inclou el transport i el muntatge de les torres de vigilància per la temporada d’estiu 2027, únicament. Un cop finalitzada la temporada d’estiu el desmuntatge anirà a càrrec de l’Ajuntament, així com el muntatge de les torres per la temporada d’estiu 2028 i següents.
