Строк поставки товару - по 01 грудня 2026 року. Місце поставки товару: 61001, Україна, Харківська область, місто Харків, проспект Аерокосмічний, будинок 19. Поставка Товару за цим Договором здійснюється у визначеному Сторонами місці на умовах DDР Міжнародних правил інтерпретації комерційних термінів «ІHКОТЕРМС» в діючій редакції (2020). Постачання Товару здійснюється окремими партіями, виходячи з поточної потреби Замовника, визначеної у відповідній заявці. При цьому поточну потребу в Товарі Замовник визначає самостійно. Постачальник поставляє Замовнику Товар в асортименті, відповідно до Специфікації (Додаток № 1) власним або орендованим за власний рахунок транспортом із суворим забезпеченням належних умов дотримання спеціальних заходів щодо уникнення механічних, хімічних, термічних ушкоджень Товару та інших умов належного транспортування Товару. Розвантаження та занос Товару до місця призначення (до складу Замовника) здійснюється силами Постачальника та за рахунок Постачальника.
