Akcinė bendrovė Lietuvos pašto (toliau - Pirkėjas) viešųjų pirkimų komisija (toliau - Komisija) informuoja, kad vykdant Statybos darbų skirtų paštų, skirstymo ir logistikos centrų veiklos užtikrinimui pirkimą Nr. 622073 (toliau - Pirkimas) pasiūlymų nagrinėjimo metu nustatė, kad pirkimo Specialiųjų sąlygų 1 priede pateiktoje excel formatu lentelėje 294 eilutėje ,,seisminis seifo pajungimo jutiklis‘‘ trūksta informacijos (nenurodytas nei mato vienetas, nei kiekis), kuri buvo būtina tam, kad tiekėjai galėtų tinkamai užpildyti eilutės informaciją. Tai Pirkėjo žmogiškojo faktoriaus įtakota netyčinė klaida, dėl kurios tiekėjai skirtingai traktavo minėtos eilutės pildymą, todėl buvo gauti tarpusavyje nepalyginami pasiūlymai. Dėl aukščiau nurodytos Pirkėjo klaidos tolesnis pasiūlymų vertinimas, nekeičiant paskelbtų pirkimo sąlygų, pažeistų tiekėjų skaidrumo, lygiateisiškumo ir teisėtų lūkesčių principus.
