Детальні умови поставки та оплати зазначені в проекті договору. Порівняння пропозицій учасників проводиться без урахування розміру податку на додану вартість. Учасник зазначає загальну ціну без ПДВ. Поставка Товарів здійснюється на умовах DDP «Поставка зі сплатою мита» (місце поставки згідно Специфікації), ІНКОТЕРМС (Офіційні правила тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати (редакція 2010 року), з урахуванням умов п. 5.1 та п. 5.2 цього Договору. Покупець зобов’язаний оплатити вартість переданих Постачальником та прийнятих Покупцем Товарів не раніше 20 (двадцяти) та не пізніше 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати, яка є останньою: дати підписання Покупцем без зауважень Акту приймання ТМЦ за кількістю та якістю та дати підписання Покупцем видаткової накладної.
