Description

Derzeit betreibt der interne IT-Bereich ein eigenes Rechenzentrum im Serverraum der Stadt Burgdorf. Die Serverinfrastruktur ist am Ende ihrer Einsatzdauer angelangt und soll künftig als Infrastructure-as-a-Service von einem externen Anbieter bezogen und in einem georedundanten Rechenzentrum in der Schweiz als Dedicated oder Shared Pri-vate-Cloud betrieben werden. Die Bereitstellung der ca. 350 Benutzerarbeitsplätze soll vollständig über eine zentralisierte und skalierbare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) realisiert werden, welche nahtlos in diese neue Private-Cloud-Umgebung integriert ist. Der/die künftige Anbieter/in übernimmt den Aufbau, den Betrieb und die Wartung der physischen Infrastruktur, der Virtualisierungsschicht und der virtuellen Server, dazu werden konzeptionelle Leistungen und Migrationsleistungen sowie Weiterentwicklungsleistungen während der Vertragszeit bezogen (Regiestunden, Pooltage). Ab der Oberkante des Server-Betriebssystems liegt die Verwaltung der Systeme und Applikationen in der Verantwortung des internen IT-Bereich der Stadt Burgdorf. Die Verwaltung der Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), der Endgeräte und des internen Netzwerks sowie der gesamte 1st-Level-Support bleiben vollständig im internen Betrieb. Bei tiefergehenden technischen Störungen stellt der Anbieter einen 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support bereit und gewährleistet eine nahtlose Schnittstelle zum internen 1st-Level-Support.
