Description

Predmetom zákazky je dodanie, implementácia, prevádzka, podpora a rozvoj informačného systému na sprístupňovanie súdnych rozhodnutí Najvyššieho súdu Slovenskej republiky. Opis predmetu zákazky tvorí prílohu č. 1 (príloha č.1A, č. 1B a č. 1C) týchto súťažných podkladov a neverejnú časť zadania. Neverejná časť zadania obsahuje informácie a technické špecifikácie (ďalej len „neverejná časť“), ktoré sú dôvernými informáciami v zmysle Dohody o mlčanlivosti, ktorá tvorí Prílohu č. 10 týchto súťažných podkladov. Neverejná časť nie je zverejnená z dôvodu ochrany dôverných informácií. Neverejná časť súťažných podkladov bude záujemcom poskytnutá bezodkladne (formou nahliadnutia s možnosťou vyhotovovať fotokópie) na základe uzatvorenej Dohody o mlčanlivosti prostredníctvom zabezpečeného úložiska. Neverejná časť súťažných podkladov bude záujemcovi poskytnutá na základe verejnému obstarávateľovi doručenej podpísanej Dohody o mlčanlivosti oprávnenou osobou/oprávnenými osobami konať za záujemcu v 3 vyhotoveniach osobne do podateľne verejného obstarávateľa alebo na adresu sídla verejného obstarávateľa (viď. bod 1 týchto súťažných podkladov) v listinnej podobe. Súčasne záujemca uvedenie meno, priezvisko a email osoby, ktorej bude umožnené nahliadnutie do dokumentácie verejného obstarávateľa.
