Zákazka je súčasťou projektového zámeru „Vybudovanie inteligentného dopravného monitorovacieho systému pre integrovanú dopravu regiónu Vysokých Tatier - Vybudovanie digitálneho dvojčaťa v regióne Vysokých Tatier“ ako súčasť integrovanej územnej investície Prešovského samosprávneho kraja a jej realizácia je rámcovaná podmienkami výzvy PSK-MIRRI-619-2024-ITI-EFRR v súlade typom akcie opatrenia 1.2.2 v rámci Programu Slovensko.
