Description

Pripravovaná investičná akcia predstavuje rekonštrukciu existujúcich objektov materskej školy. Realizáciou zámeru a jeho výtvarného riešenia sa stavby zhodnotia aj po vizuálnej stránke. Predmetom návrhu je zateplenie fasády, zateplenie sokla, vytvorenie novej atiky, zateplenie strešnej konštrukcie, výmena PUR panelov, úprava vykurovacieho systému, vybudovanie riadeného vetrania objektu a výmena svietidiel. Dispozícia sa týmto investičným zámerom nezmení, v objekte SO01 dôjde k vytvoreniu wc pre imobilných a výmenu (zväčšenie otvorov) dverných konštrukcií. Stručný súhrn navrhovaných prác: - rekonštrukcia a zateplenie strechy - výmena výplni otvorov - debarierizácia interiéru - zateplenie fasády - vzduchotechnika - vykurovanie - zdravotechnika - bleskozvod a uzemnenie - ELI - fotovoltický zdroj Detailné kvalitatívne a kvantitatívne špecifikovanie predmetu zákazky je uvedené v súťažných podkladoch ( výkaz výmer ).
