Predmet zákazky tvorí realizácia stavebných prác spočívajúcich v revitalizácii a dostavbe areálu Športového centra polície v Bratislave - Dúbravke na pozemku vo vlastníctve Ministerstva vnútra Slovenskej republiky. Zákazka zahŕňa rekonštrukciu futbalovej tribúny, výstavbu atletickej dráhy s atletickým tunelom, výstavbu športového centra so zázemím (posilňovňa, regeneračné priestory, šatne) a realizáciu súvisiacej technickej a dopravnej infraštruktúry. Dielo bude realizované etapovo; verejný obstarávateľ disponuje finančnými zdrojmi na prvú etapu vo výške 15 mil. EUR.
