Predmetom zákazky je rekonštrukcia cesty II/536 v intraviláne mesta Kežmarok (Ľubická cesta) v úseku cesty v smere na obec Jánovce rekonštrukcia oporného múra v intraviláne obce Ľubica. Začiatok riešeného úseku rekonštrukcie cesty je v kumulatívnom staničení v km 43,417 a koniec úseku v km 43,990. Celková dĺžka upravovaného úseku cesty je 573m. Súčasťou predmetu zákazke je aj rekonštrukcia oporného múru v intraviláne obce Ľubica na trase cesty II/536 so začiatkom v staničení 42,743. Koniec múra je v km 42,857. Cesta II/536 v upravovanom úseku je nevyhovujúca z hľadiska kvality, odvodnenie vozovky je nedostatočné. V riešenom úseku je navrhovaná výmena krytu vozovky, doplnenie bezpečnostných zariadení a doplnenie odvodnenia pomocou líniových žľabov.
