Description

Predmetom zákazky je zriadenie DNS v rozsahu skupiny, ktoré bude slúžiť na zadávanie zákaziek na uskutočnenie stavebných prác v podmienkach verejného obstarávateľa bežne a všeobecne dostupných na trhu, konkrétne opravy a rekonštrukcie cestných komunikácií vo vlastníctve Banskobystrického samosprávneho kraja a súvisiace práce. Tento DNS je zriadený pre potreby verejného obstarávateľa a zákazky v ňom bude zadávať iba verejný obstarávateľ. Podrobná špecifikácia predmetu zákazky, jeho presný rozsah ako aj ostatné doplňujúce informácie budú uvedené v jednotlivých výzvach v rámci zriadeného DNS. Cieľom zriadenia DNS je umožniť verejnému obstarávateľovi flexibilné zadávanie zákaziek v súlade so ZVO podľa svojich potrieb. Podrobnejšie informácie sa nachádzajú v súťažných podkladoch.
