Predmetom zákazky je realizácia stavebných prác súvisiacich s odvádzaním splaškových vôd z obce, dodávkou pitnej vody v súbehu s kanalizáciou a vybudovaním ČOV. Realizácia stavebných prác je v rámci projektovej dokumentácie a výkazu výmer rozdelená do etáp: - I. etapa výstavby - vybudovanie vodovodného privádzača - II. etapa výstavby - vybudovania čistiarne odpadových vôd a súvisiacich objektov - III. etapa výstavby - rozvod vody a kanalizácie Uvedené členenie vyplýva zo spôsobu spracovania projektovej dokumentácie a z vecného členenia stavebných objektov, nie z potreby samostatnej realizácie zákazky. Zákazka nie je rozdelená na časti. Zdôvodnenie nerozdelenia predmetu zákazky na časti je uvedené v súťažných podkladoch. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky je uvedené v súťažných podkladoch, v projektovej dokumentácii, výkazu výmer a v návrhu zmluvných podmienok.
