Description

Predmetom zákazky je výber Zhotoviteľa na dokončenie prác rozostavaných stavieb staníc záchrannej zdravotnej služby (ďalej len „stanice ZZS“). Dokončenie prác je definované ako: i) dokončenie stavebných prác, aby stanica ZZS bola ako celok funkčná, kolaudácie a prevádzky možná podľa technickej špecifikácie uvedenej v Projektovej dokumentácii („ďalej len PD“) stanice ZZS a ii) príprava, resp. doplnenie a odovzdanie potrebnej dokladovej časti, podkladovej dokumentácie potrebnej pre prevzatie Diela Objednávateľom a následnej kolaudácie stanice ZZS. Predmet zákazky je rozdelený na desať častí: Časť č. 1 zákazky: stanica Bratislava - Kramáre Časť č. 2 zákazky: stanica Bratislava - Ružinov Časť č. 3 zákazky: stanica Pezinok Časť č. 4 zákazky: stanica Stupava Časť č. 5 zákazky: stanica Gabčíkovo Časť č. 6 zákazky: stanica Šaštín-Stráže Časť č. 7 zákazky: stanica Skalica Časť č. 8 zákazky: stanica Trnava - nemocnica Časť č. 9 zákazky: stanica Trnava - pri Kalvárii Časť č. 10 zákazky: stanica Nové Mesto nad Váhom
