Description

V rámci areálu existujúcej fakultnej nemocnice v Prešove je záujmom investora vybudovať nové energocentrum pre „starú - existujúcu“ časť nemocnice. Účelom tejto dokumentácie je vypracovanie projektu pre stavebné povolenie - Presun funkcie stavebných objektov existujúcej Kotolne K1, skladu kyslíka vrátane odparovacej stanice a trafostanice s dieselagregátom, t.j. uvoľnenie územia pre výstavbu novej nemocnice s tým, že je uvažované s komplet novou technologickou dodávkou. Nakoľko nové - navrhované energocentrum bude realizované za plnej prevádzky nemocnice jeho realizácia si bude vyžadovať etapovitosť. 1. Etapa bude potrebné uvoľniť územie od IS budúceho nového energocentra 2. Etapa Vybudovanie SO 04 Energocentrum - Kyslík, SV, sklady 3. Etapa Vybudovanie SO03.1 Energocentrum - Trafo a diesel 4. Etapa Vybudovanie SO03.2 Energocentrum - Kotolňa 5. Etapa Vybudovanie SO03.3 Energocentrum - Administratíva Jednotlivé etapy je možné realizovať osobitne ako aj v logickom celku vzhľadom na požiadavky investora a nemocnice Prešov Opis predmetu zákazky je predstavuje projektová dokumentácia, ktorá tvorí prílohu týchto súťažných podkladov
