Predmetom zákazky je eliminácia bezpečnostných rizík cesty III/3491 v katastrálnom území obcí Osikov, Fričkovce a Hertník. Jedná sa o štyri úseky cesty III/3491. Prvý úsek začína na začiatku obce Osikov v kumulatívnom staničení v km 4,235 a končí pri prvej križovatke v obci Osikov v kumulatívnom staničení v km 4,48285. Dĺžka úseku je 247,85m. Druhý úsek začína na konci obce Osikov v kumulatívnom staničení v km 5,770 a končí na vjazde do obce Fričkovce v kumulatívnom staničení v km 6,198. Dĺžka úseku je 428m. Tretí úsek začína za obcou Fričkovce v kumulatívnom staničení v km 7,217 a končí na začiatku obce Hertník v kumulatívnom staničení v km 9,269. Dĺžka úseku je 2052m. Štvrtý úsek rieši rekonštrukciu cesty III/3491 v obci Hertník pri cintoríne v kumulatívnom staniční v km 9,799 a končí v kumulatívnom staničení v km 9,888. Dĺžka úseku je 89m. Eliminácia bezpečnostných rizík cesty III/3491 v katastrálnom území obcí Osikov, Fričkovce a Hertník je v správe verejného obstarávateľa - Správy a údržby ciest Prešovského samosprávneho kraja, oblasť Bardejov.
