Description

Predmetom projektu je novostavba univerzitného ubytovacieho zariadenia (študentský domov/internát) s univerzitnou knižnicou v areáli TnUAD na Študentskej ulici. Objekt je navrhnutý ako doplnenie severnej časti existujúceho univerzitného areálu do kompaktnejšieho (uzavretejšieho) celku. Hmotové a dispozičné riešenie: • ubytovacia časť je štvorpodlažná, situovaná v severnej časti areálu • knižnica je navrhnutá ako päťpodlažný objekt orientovaný do Študentskej ulice • objekty sú prepojené dvojpodlažnou hmotou pozdĺž Študentskej ulice Funkčné riešenie: • internát/apartmánové bunky s centrálnou chodbou; vždy dvojica izieb so spoločným hygienickým zázemím • doplnkové prevádzky pre ubytovaných študentov: fitness a práčovňa (pranie posteľnej bielizne je uvažované externe) • knižnica s otvorenou dispozíciou podlaží, knižný fond v centrálnej časti a študijné miesta po obvode • v prepojovacej hmote: vstup ubytovania, administratíva a zázemie knižnice, • na poschodí prepojovacej hmoty: viacúčelová sála Bližší opis predmetu zákazky sa nachádza v súťažných podkladoch a jej prílohách.
