Description

Predmet zákazky je dodávka a servisná podpora nového funkčného informačného systému PRORIS (ďalej len „IS PRORIS“ alebo „informačný systém“), prostredníctvom ktorého NBS ako objednávateľ získa komplexný modulárny systém pre efektívny výkon agiend procesného riadenia, riadenia operačných rizík, riadenia informačných rizík, riadenia kontinuity činnosti a monitoringu interného auditu. Podrobnejšie informácie a požiadavky na predmet zákazky vyplývajú zo Zmluvy na dodávku IS PRORIS č. C-NBS1-000-115-914 (ďalej len „Zmluva o dielo“), najmä z jej článku I. „Účel zmluvy a predmet zmluvy“ a prílohy 1 „Špecifikácia predmetu plnenia“, ako aj zo Zmluvy č. C-NBS1-000-115-915 o poskytovaní servisných služieb pri zabezpečení prevádzky IS PRORIS (ďalej len „Servisná zmluva“), najmä z jej článku I „Predmet Servisnej zmluvy“ a prílohy 2 „Špecifikácia Servisných služieb a ich štandardy“. Zmluva o dielo a Servisná zmluva tvoria prílohu 10 súťažných podkladov.
