Stručný opis predmetu zákazky: Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie služieb pre prevádzku a údržbu informačných systémov samosprávy Mesta Levice od spoločnosti CORA GEO, s.r.o., v období rokov 2027 - 2030 a to informačného systému samosprávy, dokumentačného informačného systému, geografického informačného systému, riešenia pre podporu eGovernmentu a súvisiacich aktivít s cieľom zabezpečiť plnohodnotné využívanie dodaných produktov a udelenie súhlasu na odplatné a časovo obmedzené právo používať počítačový program - softvér poskytovateľa špecifikovaného nižšie (licencia), ktorý je v súlade s aktuálnymi legislatívnymi a technologickými zmenami a poskytovanie dojednaných služieb podpory, prevádzky a údržby licenčného softvéru tretích strán s cieľom zabezpečiť plnohodnotné využívanie dodaných produktov (podrobne uvedených v týchto súťažných podkladoch (ďalej len „týchto SP“) v časti B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky) v nasledovnom členení: • Údržba licencií dodaného licenčného softvéru (LSW), • Hot - line podpora, • Riadenie projektu, • Technická podpora, • Metodická podpora, • Školenia, • Aktualizácia dokumentu Plán zálohy a obnovy produktov CG, • Bezpečnostná podpora
