Predmetom zákazky je „Zabezpečenie komplexných stravovacích služieb stravníkov Univerzity Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici.“ Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je: • výroba a príprava stravy, • transport stravy do priestorov objednávateľa, • výdaj stravy, • mechanizmus objednávania, poskytovania, distribúcie, evidencie objednanej a odobratej stravy a jej zúčtovania (elektronický systém), • sanitácia a hygienické zabezpečenie priestorov výdajných miest (sanitácia bieleho riadu, výdajných pultov, technológií slúžiacich na výdaj stravy), • možnosť zabezpečiť individuálne balenú chladenú stravu po predchádzajúcej dohode s objednávateľmi na výdajnom mieste pre záujemcov mimo objednanú stravu. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky tvorí časť súťažných podkladov B1 Opis predmetu zákazky.
