Predmetom zákazky je kompletné zabezpečenie činností súvisiacich s usporiadaním, organizáciou, personálnym a technickým zabezpečením podujatí usporiadaných Úradom vlády SR, a to najmä summitov, konferencií, bilaterálnych a multilaterálnych stretnutí, podujatí s účasťou zahraničných partnerov aj na protokolárnej úrovni, spoločenských a iných podujatí, podujatí organizovaných okrem iného aj pri príležitosti: - predsedníctva Slovenskej republiky v zoskupení Vyšehradská skupina alebo na úrovni zodpovedajúcej štandardu medzinárodných podujatí podobného charakteru, - podujatí Stálej konferencie celospoločenského dialógu pri príprave Stratégie rozvoja Slovenska do roku 2024; Dňa otvorených dverí, Dňa víťazstva nad fašizmom a dňa výročia príchodu sv. Cyrila a Metoda, - podujatí organizovaných v priestoroch Účelového zariadenia Hotel Bôrik v Bratislave, a to v odhadovanom počte 25 podujatí v rámci nasledujúcich 12 mesiacov. Podujatia budú organizované na území Slovenskej republiky a ich termíny budú priebežne oznamované počas trvania rámcovej dohody v dostatočnom časovom predstihu poskytovateľovi predmetu zákazky. Podrobné požiadavky na predmet a plnenie zákazky sú uvedené v prílohe č. 6 súťažných podkladov - Rámcová zmluva a v prílohe č. 7 súťažných podkladov - Položkový rozpočet.
