Description

Predmetom obstarania je implementácia registratúrneho systému v podmienkach Eximbanky, obstaranie licencií potrebných na používanie tohto systému a po ukončení implementácie podpora a ďalší rozvoj systému podľa potrieb banky. Fungovanie systému musí byť v súlade s aktuálne platnou legislatívou pre registratúrne systémy. Ponúknutý systém musí byť certifikovaný Ministerstvom vnútra SR a uvedený v aktuálnej verzii Zoznamu certifikátov vydaných Ministerstvom vnútra Slovenskej republiky s úrovňou zhody „vysoká“. Navrhnutý spôsob implementácie a prevádzkovania systému musí zabezpečiť, aby nevznikol vendor lock-in problém; takže súčasťou dodávky musia byť aj autorské práva v rozsahu, ktorý v budúcnosti umožní prevádzkovanie systému v spolupráci s iným dodávateľom. Systém ponúknutý uchádzačom musí spĺňať všetky požiadavky uvedené v tomto opise predmetu zákazky vrátane ďalších dokumentov na ktoré sa odkazuje. Očakávanými prínosmi realizácie tohto projektu je digitalizácia väčšiny interných procesov súvisiacich s obehom dokumentov, zvýšenie prehľadu o stave dokumentov v spracovaní a efektívnejšie vyhľadávanie v spisoch, záznamoch a dokumentoch.
