Description

Predmetom zákazky je vytvorenie Elektronického systému registratúry, ktorý bude v plnom rozsahu zodpovedať všetkých funkčným, technickým a legislatívnym požiadavkám verejného obstarávateľa uvedených v súťažných podkladoch. Implementácia nového Elektronického systému registratúry (ďalej len „ESR“) predstavuje významný krok v rámci digitálnej transformácie Univerzity sv. Cyrila a Metoda v Trnave (ďalej len „verejný obstarávateľ“ alebo „UCM“). ESR by malo reflektovať aktuálne požiadavky na elektronizáciu verejnej správy, zabezpečenie právne relevantnej správy elektronických dokumentov, integráciu s kľúčovými systémami verejnej správy a zosúladenie so strategickými dokumentmi Slovenskej republiky v oblasti digitalizácie a informatizácie. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky je uvedený v Kapitole B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov, v Prílohe č. 11 Zmluva na dodávku softvérového diela a Zmluva na poskytované služieb softvérového diela súťažných podkladov.
