Predmetom zákazky je sprostredkovanie stravovania prostredníctvom elektronických stravovacích poukážok (ďalej ako „ESP“), ktoré sú určené výlučne na úhradu stravy vo vymedzených stravovacích zariadeniach alebo na úhradu v prevádzkach a obchodoch za polotovary a suroviny slúžiace na individuálnu prípravu teplého jedla (predajne potravín) akceptujúcich elektronické stravovacie karty na úhradu ceny stravovania (ďalej aj ako „Akceptačné miesta“), za účelom zabezpečenia stravovania zamestnancov verejného obstarávateľa v súlade s ustanoveniami Zákona č. 311/2001 Z. z., Zákonník práce v znení neskorších predpisov.
