Predmetom zákazky je špeciálny zdravotnícky materiál s názvom ŠZM pre detskú intervenčnú kardiológiu určený pre Oddelenie intervenčnej kardiológie DKC NÚSCH, a.s. na plánované obdobie obstarávania 36 mesiacov. Špeciálny zdravotnícky materiál pre intervenčnú kardiológiu so zameraním na systémy pre uzáver vrodených a získaných skratových chýb srdca a nežiaducich cievnych komunikácii perkutánnou technikou. Oklúzory pre uzáver arteriálneho duktu s možnosťou uzáveru z arteriálnej aj pulmonálnej strany a uzáveru aj u najmenších detí od 700 g pri čo najmenšom zavádzacom systéme, zavádzacie sety pre oklúzory od 4 F do 9 F. Všetko vrátane príslušenstva. Predpokladané množstvo (ks): Oklúzor pre uzáver otvoreného arteriálneho duktu: 90 Oklúzor PDA pre malé deti s váhou od 700 g: 30 Zavádzací systém pre oklúzory: 80; Špeciálny zdravotnícky materiál pre intervenčnú kardiológiu a rádiológiu so zreteľom na vaskulárne embolizačné systémy rôznych veľkostí a tvarov pre rôzne vaskulárne anatómie, hemodynamické situácie a klinické scenáre, samoexpandovateľné na báze nitinolovej sieťky pre terapeutickú embolizáciu v periférnych cievach, s možnosťou repozície, minimálneho rizika migrácie a rapídnej embolizácie. Všetko vrátane príslušenstva. Predpokladané množstvo Oklúzor pre uzáver ciev: 50 ks
