Description

Predmetom zákazky je dodávka špeciálnych potravinových kombinovaných dávok - dávka potravín balená-celodenná. Celodenné potravinové dávky, spĺňajúce normu STANAG 2937- sú zložené z potravinových a nepotravinových komponentov a obalov, celkom v 14 typoch (wet pouches) s energetickou hodnotou 3 600 kcal z toho 12 typov musí obsahovať obed mäsité jedlo aj večera mäsité jedlo a ďalšie dva 2 typy musia byť vegetariánske a 7 typov (dry pouches) odľahčených určených do chladného počasia aby sa zabránilo zmrazeniu, hotové lyofilizované, dehydrované jedlo s energetickou hodnotou 4 900 kcal s rozličným potravinovým zložením. Jednotlivé typy sú v rozmanitom, rôznorodom a pestrom zložení, raňajky v slanom a sladkom variante, hlavné jedlo v jednotlivých balíčkoch s rôznymi druhmi mäsa (bravčové, hydinové, hovädzie), pričom jedlá musia rešpektovať národné stravovacie zvyklosti SR. Sú to jednotlivé dávky koncipované ako balené, predvarené, stabilné a kvalitné jedlá, ktoré nutrične zabezpečia výživu jednotlivcov počas 24 hodinového aktívneho výkonu. Potravinové dávky sú mobilným variantom stravy pre jednotlivca, ktorý sa nachádza v podmienkach neumožňujúcich zaistiť si stravu štandardným spôsobom.
