Predmetom tejto nadlimitnej zákazky na dodanie tovaru je kúpa a dodanie alkoholických nápojov (vodka, rum, koňak, gin, likér, slivovica, borovička, hruškovica, marhuľovica, whisky, tequila, pivo, šumivé víno) pre potreby Účelového zariadenia Kancelárie Národnej rady Slovenskej republiky Častá - Papiernička, 900 89 Častá, okres Pezinok. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky sú aj služby súvisiace s dopravou, naložením a vyložením dodávaného tovaru na miesto dodania. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky (druhová skladba sortimentu alkoholických nápojov, špecifikácia a predpokladané množstvo) tvorí oddiel IV. s názvom „Opis predmetu zákazky“ súťažných podkladov a oddiel V. s názvom „Obchodné podmienky“ súťažných podkladov. Zákazka nie je rozdelená na samostatné časti.
