Systém optickej pinzety navrhnutý na presné merania síl v rozsahu 10 pN a 10 nm vzdialenosti, v kombinácii s plne korelovaným konfokálnym fluorescenčným zobrazovaním a automatizovaným mikrofluidným systémom pre biofyzikálne experimenty. Zariadenie umožňuje zvýšenú presnosť pri meraní krátkych biomolekulových konštruktov, ako sú DNA fragmenty kratšie ako 5 kilobáz.
