Predmetom zákazky je špeciálny zdravotnícky materiál s názvom Integrovaný elektrofyziologický systém pre 3D elektroanatomické mapovanie a katétrovú abláciu s duálnym zdrojom energie určený pre Oddelenie arytmií a kardiostimulácie na plánované obdobie obstarávania 36 mesiacov. Názov predmetu: Špeciálny zdravotnícky materiál pre 3D elektroanatomické mapovanie a katétrovú abláciu, využívajúci duálny zdroj energie: • Rádiofrekvenčná energia (RF) pre termálnu abláciu • Ablácia pulzným poľom (PFA - Pulsed Field Ablation) pre netermálnu, tkanivovo špecifickú abláciu Požiadavky na ablačný a mapovací katéter: • Fokálny ablačný katéter, ktorý slúži súčasne na 3D mapovanie (zber bodov) aj na abláciu. • Dizajn hrotu: Katéter musí mať expandibilný/flexibilný hrot guľovitého alebo sférického tvaru s mrežovou štruktúrou s priemerom približne 8 - 10 mm pri plnej expanzii. • Elektródy: Hrot katétra musí obsahovať viacpočetné elektródy (min. 8) na povrchu mrežovej štruktúry pre snímanie lokálnych elektrogramov a dodávanie energie. • Meranie teploty: Katéter musí disponovať viacerými teplotnými senzormi pre monitorovanie teploty tkaniva počas RF ablácie. • Irigácia: Katéter musí mať aktívny systém chladenia (irigácie) fyziologickým roztokom. • Schopnosť duálnej energie: Ten istý katéter musí byť certifikovaný na dodávanie RF energie aj PFA energie. • Príslušenstvo zahŕňa spojovací elektrický kábel, sadu preplachových hadičiek a sadu referenčných lokalizačných elektród. Ablačný a mapovací katéter 250 ks Spojovací elektrický kábel 250 ks Sada 4 ks preplachových hadičiek 250:4 ks, t.j. 63 ks Sada 4 ks referenčných lokalizačných elektród 250:4 ks, t.j. 63 ks
