Predmetom tejto zákazky je záväzok dodávateľa v zmluvnom období poskytnúť objednávateľovi združené služby dodávky elektriny vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku, t. j. dodávku dohodnutého množstva silovej elektriny, zabezpečenie distribúcie elektriny v kvalite garantovanej technickými podmienkami prevádzkovateľa distribučnej sústavy - prenos elektriny, distribúciu elektriny a poskytovanie systémových služieb (ďalej len „distribučné služby“) do všetkých odberných miest verejného obstarávateľa, definovaných v osobitnej prílohe „Špecifikácia odberných miest‟ Rozsah 3 894,818 MWh/24 mesiacov
