Description

Predmetom zákazky je dodanie tovarov - združená dodávka elektrickej energie vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku a zabezpečenia distribúcie do odberných miest verejného obstarávateľa, v kvalite zodpovedajúcej technickým podmienkam prevádzkovateľa distribučnej sústavy (PDS), za dodržania platných právnych predpisov SR, technických podmienok a prevádzkového poriadku PDS pre zmluvné obdobie za každé odberné miesto. Zákazku vyhlasuje verejný obstarávateľ Mesto Púchov ako príležitostné spoločné verejné obstarávanie podľa § 16 zákona č. 343/2015 Z. z. o verejnom obstarávaní a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov. Zúčastnení verejní obstarávatelia po určení úspešného uchádzača samostatne uzatvoria zmluvy na predmet zákazky s týmto úspešným uchádzačom. Podrobnejšie informácie sú v časti B súťažných podkladov
