Description

Predmetom zákazky sú diagnostické súpravy na stanovenie multiplexovej detekcie a diferenciácie Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium abscessus, Mycobacterium massiliense, Mycobacterium avium, Mycobacterium intracellulare, Mycobacterium kansasii v biologických vzorkách metódou real-time PCR. Súprava musí obsahovať všetky komponenty potrebné k realizácii PCR. Prítomnosť nukleovej kyseliny sa zisťuje zvýšením fluorescencie v dôsledku hydrolýzy sond počas amplifikácie. Fluorescencia sond špecifických pre patogény sa meria v kanáloch FAM, HEX, Cal RED 610 a Quasar 670. Okrem toho súprava real time PCR musí obsahovať kontrolnú DNA, ktorá sa pridáva počas extrakcie DNA a v tej istej reakcii sa deteguje pomocou inak označenej sondy. Multiplexová real-time PCR musí byť kompatibilná s prístrojom MIC (Magnetic InductionCycler) - 48-jamkový qPCR prístroj. 6144 vyšetrení
