Description

Predmetom podpory poskytovania služieb SW maintenance databázového systému (ďalej len „SW maintenance“) je: a) poskytovanie aktualizácií, bezpečnostných záplat a nových verzií softvéru (súčasť ceny maintenance) verejnému obstarávateľovi alebo ním poverenej tretej strane, b) zabezpečenie požadovaných časov odozvy na poskytovanie služieb SW maintenance podľa tabuľky č. 1 Opisu predmetu zákazky, c) poskytovanie súhrnnej informácie verejnému obstarávateľovi alebo ním poverenej tretej strane o vydaní nových verzií softvéru alebo jeho aktualizáciách výrobcom uvedených v tabuľke č. 2 minimálne jeden krát za štvrťrok, najneskôr do 10 pracovných dní od ukončenia predchádzajúceho kalendárneho štvrťroka, d) telefonická alebo emailová podpora Helpdesk (vrátane Elektronického systému pre správu požiadaviek, ďalej len „ESSP“), vrátane možnosti eskalácie riešenia incidentu na výrobcu. SW pre databázový systém pre IS PTCA, IS EOO, „SAP ASE Enterprise Edition (User)“, užívateľ 580 ks SW pre databázový systém pre IS PTCA, IS EOO, „SAP ASE Enterprise Edition Partitions Option“, server 32 Core; SW pre databázový systém pre IS PTCA, IS EOO, „SAP ASE Enterprise Edition (Server)“, 12 Core SW pre databázový systém pre IS PTCA, IS EOO, „SAP ASE Enterprise Edition Licencia Netw. Seat (User)“, užívateľ 640 ks SW pre databázový systém pre IS PTCA, IS EOO, „Encrypted Columns, Core License - Licencia CPU/Core“, server 48 Core
