Predmet javnega naročila je izvajanje zavarovalnih storitev - zavarovanje premoženja in oseb za obdobje štirih (4) let, in sicer za obdobje od 01.01.2027 ob 00.00 uri, do 31.12.2030 ob 24.00 uri. Naročnik razpisuje naslednje vrste zavarovanj: 1. Požarno zavarovanje in nekatere druge nevarnosti 2. Zavarovanje Potresa 3. Zavarovanje Strojeloma 4. Zavarovanje Elektronike 5. Zavarovanje Vloma in ropa 6. Zavarovanje Stekla 7. Zavarovanje Odgovornosti 8. Zavarovanje Poklicne odgovornosti AID 9. Zavarovanje Vozil Podrobnejša specifikacija naročila in vse zahteve so razvidne iz Prilog 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in 6 zavarovalno tehnične dokumentacije in osnutka pogodbe. Vse zavarovalne police morajo biti narejene po stroškovnih mestih naročnika. Zaradi varovanja podatkov vso tehnično dokumentacijo (obrazce oz. ponudbene predračune) razpisne dokumentacije, potencialni ponudniki dobijo na podlagi pisne zahteve po e-pošti na naslov: info@komunala-a.si. Tehnični del dokumentacije prejmejo le podjetja, ki so vpisana pri Agenciji za zavarovalni nadzor.
