Description

Predmet javnega naročila je izbira izvajalca zavarovalniških storitev za naročnika (v nadaljevanju storitve) za obdobje 48 mesecev, predvidoma za čas od 01.01.2026(od 0.00 ure dalje) do 31.12.2029 (do 24.00 ure). V primeru, da postopek javnega naročila do navedenega datuma ne bo zaključen, se začetek zavarovanja prestavi na prvi dan naslednjega meseca po podpisu pogodbe o izvedbi naročila. Naročnik bo z izbranim izvajalcem sklenil naslednje vrste zavarovanj po sklopih: • 1. Sklop: zavarovanje premoženja in odgovornosti, • 2. Sklop: zavarovanje vozil in • 3 sklop: zdravstveno zavarovanje na poslovnih potovanjih za tujino Zahteve naročnika v zvezi s predmetom javnega naročila so razvidne iz zavarovalno tehničnih prilog in določil vzorca pogodbe. Naročilo je razdeljeno na sklope in se oddaja po sklopih za vse oz. zahtevane zavarovalne vrste v posameznem sklopu. V primeru da ponudnik ne bo ponudil vseh zahtevanih zavarovanj posameznega sklopa, bo izločen iz nadaljnje obravnave v tistem sklopu.
