Description

Predmetno javno naročilo se izvaja po postopku s pogajanji z objavo in sklenitvijo pogodbe za obdobje 12 mesecev od datuma podpisa pogodbe v skladu s 45. ZJN-3 z objavo na portalu javnih naročil in v Uradnem listu Evropske unije na naslednji način: • 1. faza postopka - ugotavljanje sposobnosti ponudnika, ali ponudnik glede na predložene informacije za ugotavljanje sposobnosti, ki jih zahteva naročnik, izpolnjuje zahteve naročnika. V prvi fazi postopka bo naročnik na podlagi prejete dokumentacije priznal sposobnost ponudnikom, katerih ponudbe bodo dopustne. Naročnik bo sposobnosti ponudnikov objavil v »Odločitvi o priznanju sposobnosti« na Portalu javnih naročil. • 2. faza postopka - Oddaja ponudbe ter izvedba pogajanja s ponudniki in predložitev končne ponudbe. Naročnik oddaja predmet javnega naročila obnova hidravličnih cilindrov. Z izbranim izvajalcem bo naročnik podpisal pogodbo za izvedbo predmetne storitve, ki mora biti izvedena najkasneje v roku 12 mesecev od datuma podpisa pogodbe.
