Predmet javnega naročila je vzdrževanje in razvoj prostorske podatkovne infrastrukture Mestne občine Kranj za obdobje od 1. 12. 2026 do 25. 11. 2030, skladno z zahtevami iz projektne naloge: Vzdrževanje in razvoj prostorske podatkovne infrastrukture Mestne občine Kranj, Projektna naloga, št. 385-1/2025-SOUOG-11 z dne 8.7.2026, ki je dostopna na spletnem naslovu https://www.enarocanje.si/. Mestna občina Kranj je na podlagi skupnih potreb oddelkov mestne uprave ter v skladu s sprejetimi strateškimi dokumenti na lastni strežniški opremi vzpostavila integralno platformo prostorskih podatkov, ki omogoča shranjevanje, upravljanje, predpomnenje in prikazovanje prostorskih podatkov. V virtualiziranem okolju so nameščeni ključni gradniki platforme: enotno podatkovno jedro, ki vključuje interne podatke Mestne občine Kranj in podatke zunanjih ponudnikov, namensko rešitev za uvoz podatkov zunanjih ponudnikov v podatkovno jedro ter storitveni nivo, ki prek OGC spletnih servisov z uporabo varnostnih mehanizmov omogoča serviranje podatkov poljubnim uporabnikom. Nad podatki in storitvami platforme so bile razvite namenske informacijske rešitve, ki črpajo podatke iz platforme, jih vanjo zapisujejo ter so integrirane z ostalimi sistemi Mestne občine Kranj. Namen javnega naročila je zagotoviti vzdrževanje vseh gradnikov integralne platforme prostorskih podatkov ter obstoječih namenskih rešitev, ki so osnovane nad storitvami platforme, in obenem razširiti obseg občinskih poslovnih procesov, ki bodo informacijsko podprti z rešitvami, ki so osnovane nad storitvami platforme.
