Description

Predmet javnega naročila je zagotavljanje celovitih storitev stacionarne IP telefonije za potrebe naročnika na dveh lokacijah (Tržaška cesta 19, Ljubljana in Dragomelj 116, Domžale). Javno naročilo obsega vzpostavitev in upravljanje sistema IP telefonije na infrastrukturi ponudnika, vključno z dobavo, namestitvijo in najemom IP telefonskih aparatov (osnovnih, tajniških in prenosnih), zagotavljanjem širokopasovne povezljivosti, storitvami klicnega centra z agenti in nadzornikom, avtomatskim posredovalcem klicev, snemanjem pogovorov, storitvijo e-fax, programskim telefonom, posredovalnim mestom, analognimi (PSTN) priključki, aplikacijo za spremljanje porabe ter neomejenimi klici v vsa telekomunikacijska omrežja v Republiki Sloveniji. Ponudnik mora zagotavljati tudi celovito vzdrževanje opreme, tehnično podporo in dežurno službo z dogovorjenimi odzivnimi časi (SLA) za celotno trajanje pogodbe.
