Description

Predmet javnega naročila je vzpostavitev Centralnega procesnega nadzornega sistema v družbi Plinovodi d.o.o. kot operaterju prenosnega sistema plina v Sloveniji. Centralni procesni nadzorni sistem bo ključni procesni informacijski sistem za daljinski nadzor in upravljanje prenosnega sistema plina. Zato s tem naročilom pristopamo k razpisu za dobavo in implementacijo sodobnega in široko uveljavljenega nadzornega sistema, ki bo nadomestil obstoječega ter nudil dobro tehnično osnovo za nadaljnji razvoj dejavnosti operaterja prenosnega sistema, tudi v luči prihajajočega zelenega prehoda in upravljanje prenosnega sistema z obnovljivimi plini. Poleg tega, da bo moral Centralni procesni nadzorni sistem temeljiti na sodobnih vendar preizkušenih standardih in tehnologijah s področja nadzornih sistemov ter zagotavljati visoko razpoložljivost delovanja, bo moral zagotavljati tudi fleksibilnost konfiguracije in arhitekture, nadgradljivost in razširljivost vsebin, modularnost funkcionalnih komponent sistema in povezljivost preko standardnih komunikacijskih protokolov. Sistem bo moral omogočati tudi vključevanje in nadzor plinov iz obnovljivih virov, vključno s spremljanjem deleža vodika. Pomemben segment in poudarek naročila je tudi zagotovitev v zadnjem obdobju povečanih zahtev na področju informacijske varnosti.
