Description

Predmet javnega naročila je nakup, dobava, namestitev in konfiguracija ter prilagajanje sistema za pripravo, prenos in oddajanje v DVB slikovnem in tekstovnem formatu čez obstoječe DVB sisteme in lastno pretočno platformo RTV365. Predmet vključuje tudi vse potrebne licence, integracijske komponente ter podporo za delovanje v produkcijskem okolju RTV Slovenija za pogodbeno obdobje od izbora do 31.12.2028. Teletekst sistem zavoda, ki se uporablja za distribucijo podatkovnega vrtiljaka z vsemi informativnimi in ostalimi pomembnimi informacijami kot tudi za distribucijo podnapisov živih programov za osebe s prilagoditvami, naročnik ohranja v obstoječem stanju in ni del predmeta javnega naročila. Pomembno je, da ponudnik ponudi predmet javnega naročila tako, da bo z omenjenim teletekst sistemom naročnika deloval pravilno, saj se le ta distribuira na lastnih platformah prizemne (DVB-T) ter satelitske televizije (DVB-S) ter distribuira preko sekundarnih omrežij večjih in manjših operaterjev znotraj države v pretočnem formatu ter sinhronizirano s pripadajočimi video tokovi.
