Description

Predmet naročila je nakup programske opreme za predpisovanje, naročanje, centralno pripravo in aplikacijo citostatikov, bioloških zdravil in drugih kompleksnih terapij zdravljenja, vključno z licencami za 10 let, ter vzdrževanje programske opreme za obdobje 10 let. Ministrstvo za zdravje je pooblastilo UKC Maribor za izvedbo postopka javnega naročila, vključno s pripravo predloga odločitve o oddaji naročila ter v primeru morebitnega postopka pravnega varstva v katerikoli fazi postopka tudi za obravnavo revizijskega zahtevka in pripravo odločitve o zahtevku za revizijo na prvi stopnji. Odločitev o oddaji javnega naročila sprejme Ministrstvo za zdravje. Ponudba mora veljati do roka, kot je opredeljen v poglavju 2.16 Navodil ponudnikom za izdelavo ponudbe, t.j. do 27. 8. 2026.
