Description
Predmet naročila je gradnja po sistemu »dejanske količine in fiksne enotne cene«. Celotna investicija je razdeljena na tri faze: 1. Faza: Globoko temeljenje 2. Faza: I. stolpič, garaže, infrastruktura 3. Faza: II. stolpič V prvi fazi, ki je predmet tega naročila, se izvede globoko temeljenje. Rok za izvedbo vseh del je 120 koledarskih dni po podpisu pogodbe. Podrobnejša specifikacija naročila je razvidna iz projektne dokumentacije (PZI) in Specifikacije predračuna (popisov del).
