Description

Predmet javnega naročila obsega izvajanje geodetskih storitev za obdobje 48 mesecev za potrebe Mestne občine Kranj. Predmetno javno naročilo obsega naslednje storitve: izvedbo geodetskih posnetkov, zakoličb, geodetskih načrtov, parcelacij, ureditev mej ter drugih geodetskih storitev, potrebnih za pripravo in izvedbo občinskih investicijskih projektov ter upravljanje z nepremičninami. Natančnega obsega predmeta javnega naročila naročnik ne more opredeliti, zato sklepa okvirni sporazum. V okviru predmetnega javnega naročila bo naročnik glede na svoje potrebe naročal različne geodetske storitve. Naročnik bo okvirni sporazum sklenil z največ 7 ponudniki, ki bodo oddali dopustne in ekonomsko najugodnejše ponudbe oz. z manj ponudniki, če bo prejel manj kot 7 dopustnih ponudb. Če bo dopustna le ena ali dve ponudbi, si naročnik pridržuje pravico, da javno naročilo iz razloga nezadostne konkurence ponovi.
