Description

Predmet javnega naročila je dobava gasilskega vozila GVC-1. Šteje se, da so ponudniki z oddajo ponudbe seznanjeni, da je predmet javnega naročila sofinanciran s strani lokalne skupnosti (vir sofinanciranja so tudi sredstva, ki so načrtovana iz tega naslova). V primeru, da naročnik ne bo imel zagotovljenega zadostnega obsega sredstev za predmet javnega naročila, bo ponudbe kot nedopustne zavrnil, oziroma ne bo izdal odločitve do pridobitve soglasja sofinancerja, s katerim bodo naročniku zagotovljena sredstva. Naročnik si skladno z veljavno zakonodajo pridržuje pravico brez kakršnekoli odškodninske odgovornosti odstopiti od sklenitve pogodbe, v kolikor bi se izkazalo, da sredstva sofinanciranja ne bodo zagotovljena v ustrezni višini. Rok dobave podvozja je: 4 mesece od začetka veljavnosti pogodbe, rok predaje nadgradnje je: 17 mesecev od začetka veljavnosti pogodbe.
