Description

Predmet javnega naročila je blago, ki po veljavnem Zakonu o zdravilih ustreza definiciji zdravila. Naročnik lahko v času trajanja okvirnega sporazuma v posamezno povpraševanje dodaja zdravila, v kolikor nastane potreba po novem zdravilu oz. kakšno novo zdravilo pride na trg. V tem primeru lahko naročnik kadarkoli pozove ponudnike, da za ta zdravila predložijo cene oz. popuste. Konkretne količine in vrste posameznega zdravila, skupine zdravil oziroma učinkovine, pakiranja in ostali elementi po katerih bo naročnik povpraševal, bo predmet vsake druge faze.
