The documentation is divided into sections covering 110 kV and 20 kV equipment, auxiliary power supply, installation works, commissioning, measurements, protection and telecommunications, the 110 kV cable system, steel structures, foundations and routes, electrical installations, earthing, buildings, outdoor arrangements, fire protection and other execution projects, together with the bill of quantities and technical conditions. The public procurement is co-financed by the Modernisation Fund.
