для підтвердження запропонованого товару вимогам екологічних критеріїв що встановлені на визначену категорію згідно з чиною редакцією ДСТУ ISO 14024 (ISO 14024, IDT), надаються наступні документи, які видані безпосередньому виробнику: а) Копія сертифікату відповідності продуктів молочних, які пропонуються, встановленим екологічним критеріям на визначену категорію продукції згідно з ДСТУ ISO 14024:2018 (ISO 14024:2018, IDT) (СОУ ОЕМ 08.02.03.008:2020 Натуральні продукти. Екологічні критерії та методи оцінювання життєвого циклу); б) копія атестату акредитації органу з оцінки відповідності який видав сертифікат. - Надати Замовнику до моменту підписання договору копію листа про співпрацю із безпосереднім виробником запропонованого Товару (якщо Постачальник не є виробником) за підписом і з відтиском печатки від виробника, у якого Постачальник отримує товар, що планує постачати, а також копію відповідного договору, що підтверджує правовідносини Постачальника з особою, яка надала лист про співпрацю. Договір має бути чинним протягом терміну постачання товару.
